Con Edison Multi-Family Energy Efficiency Program

Scope of Work:

The Con Edison Multi-Family Energy Efficiency Program  is designed to help reduce energy costs and promote en ergy efficiency in multi-family apartment buildings ranging from 5-75 units. Buildings that participate in the program can receive financial incentives for approved energy efficiency upgrades to building systems. An energy survey is provided to identify opportunities for energy savings.  Program eligible measures include:

  • Heating system upgrades to high efficiency equipment
  • Heating control installation, including energy management systems, boiler reset controls, and programmable thermostats
  • Roof and heating pipe insulation
  • High efficiency fluorescent lighting, occupancy sensors, and LED exit signs
  • Premium efficiency motors for pumps and fans
  • Central air conditioning upgrades

Buildings that participate in the program can receive financial incentives for approved energy efficiency upgrades to building systems and specified in-unit measures described below. An energy survey is provided to identify opportunities for energy savings.
